Jennifer began her legal career as a public defender in Columbus, Nebraska, representing individuals in criminal court, juveniles, children and parents in abuse and neglect cases, and non-custodial parents in delinquent child support matters. She then shifted to criminal prosecution working for the Seward County Attorney’s Office, representing the State of Nebraska in traffic cases, all types of misdemeanor and felony prosecutions, civil forfeitures, juvenile matters, and as Deputy County Coroner. In 2011, she returned to her hometown and brought her juvenile, criminal, and litigation experience to Stehlik Law.


Jennifer divides her time between Stehlik Law and serving the community as Deputy Johnson County Attorney.
